Julian joined CICL as CEO in October 2023. Julian has extensive leadership and governance experience in forestry and agriculture, including the grain, water technology and irrigation sectors.  Julian’s most recent roles were with the South Australian Forestry Corporation where he held senior management positions, including the last five years as CEO.

Bronwyn joined CICL in 2008 and was appointed Company Secretary in 2014. She enjoys working closely with the board to support good governance, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and keep the organisation’s corporate records in order.

Wilco joined CICL in September 2026 as Chief Financial Officer. He has extensive experience across finance, utilities and infrastructure, including treasury, capital investment and financial management in regulated and asset-intensive organisations.

Vanessa joined CICL in March 2025, bringing with her two decades of operational management experience. She is passionate about supporting regional communities, and is dedicated to safety, continuous improvement, and team development.

Jenny McLeod

Jenny joined CICL in November 2015. She has extensive experience in water policy and management with a focus on the Murray Darling Basin. Jenny has family irrigated farming interests in the NSW Murray and was elected Chair of National Irrigators’ Council in October 2024.
